Research Coordinator/Aboriginal Data Practitioner

Our client is a government agency and is seeking candidates who have a combination of data analysis or administrative support skills, as well as an understanding of culturally appropriate ways of working with Aboriginal groups and a passion to support the improvements of outcomes for Aboriginal people in NSW.

The roles will require you to coordinate internal and external stakeholder requests for data and/or research. In conjunction with team members you will undertake and support data cleaning, extraction, analysis, interpretation, and reporting from external and internal data sets to inform service delivery planning and resource allocation, client outcomes measurement, organizational performance reporting and reform initiatives. You will also provide research assistance and administrative support.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum two years' experience in a similar role either coordinating data requests and/or data system administration and data cleaning, analysis, and reporting. You will have skills in communicating research and evaluation terms that can be understood by a diverse range of stakeholders and senior audiences. This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
