Description and Responsibilities:
- You will support the Research, Development & Application (RD&A) department in Charleville across several projects. RD&A supports innovation, business growth and the delivery of Kinisla's business strategies and targets by:
- Satisfying consumers and customers’ needs faster, better and more complete than competitors.
- Operating in a way that is aligned with the Kinisla Operating Model to deliver best-in-class ways of working, embedded in systems to optimise and sustain best practice.
- Supporting organisational and governance structures that enable global alignment.

What We Are Looking For:
- Studying Food Science, Food Technology or a related scientific degree, and on track for a 2:1 degree classification.
- Results-oriented.
- A motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Able to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
