About the Job
As Research Manager at Kantar Agri Oy, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality insights to clients across Finland’s agricultural and food sectors. You’ll manage agri-data, design and run surveys, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Working closely with the Client Director and the Senior Research Manager, you’ll help shape how our clients understand and respond to market dynamics.
This is a permanent role based in Helsinki with flexible hybrid working options (min. 2 days per week in the office). You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, precision, and client impact.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the design and delivery of research projects focused on agriculture and food markets in Finland.
Manage and maintain agri-data systems to ensure accuracy and usability.
Translate complex data into clear insights and present findings to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of new research approaches and tools.
Support client relationships through proactive communication and solution-oriented thinking.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
What you'll bring:
Good knowledge of the Finnish agricultural market and food chain dynamics.
Proficiency in Excel and data handling tools for managing and analysing large datasets.
Experience in designing and running surveys, preferably in agriculture or food sectors.
Ability to interpret quantitative data and deliver clear, actionable insights.
Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Fluency in both Finnish and English.
