At Hubexo, we help our customers make smarter business decisions by providing trusted insights into construction activity across Europe. We're looking for a Researcher to join our team and play a key role in collecting, verifying, and refining information about upcoming construction projects.

What you'll do
As a Researcher, you'll combine research, communication, and analytical thinking to build a clear picture of construction activity in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting telephone interviews with company representatives about upcoming construction projects
- Building and maintaining your own network of industry contacts
- Researching additional sources such as company websites, press releases, and industry news
- Verifying and validating information to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Transforming findings into clear, concise, and valuable project summaries for our database
- Producing market intelligence that helps customers identify business opportunities and make informed decisions

What we're looking for
Essential
- Fluent Finnish language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working in an office-based or specialist role
- Confidence communicating with people over the phone
- Good understanding of business operations and professional environments
- Good English language skills
- Experience conducting telephone interviews or working in customer-facing phone-based roles
- Swedish language skills

- Skilled at finding, connecting, and understanding information
- Motivated by delivering accurate, high-quality insights
- Competitive salary of €2,900 - €3,500 per month
