We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Reservations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling guest enquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
- Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and services
- Managing and updating reservation systems
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Upselling services and promoting special offers
- Ensuring all bookings are accurate and complete
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Friendly, professional manner and team-player attitude
- Proficiency in booking software or systems (training can be provided)
