We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Reservations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling guest enquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
• Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and services
• Managing and updating reservation systems
• Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Upselling services and promoting special offers
• Ensuring all bookings are accurate and complete

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or customer service role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Friendly, professional manner and team-player attitude
• Proficiency in booking software or systems (training can be provided)
