What You’ll Be Doing

As Reservation Coordinator, you'll help shape the guest experience before they even arrive. You’ll:

• Handle daily inquiries via email and phone – expect high volume!
• Manage and coordinate individual and group bookings
• Assist guests in choosing the right stay based on their needs
• Own key responsibilities and contribute to optimizing our booking systems
• Collaborate closely with the reception and wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Juggle daily tasks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a structured people-person who thrives in a busy, international setting and has a genuine passion for hospitality.

You should be:

• Fluent in both Danish and English (spoken and written) – Danish is a requirement
• Experienced (2+ years) in a reception or booking role – preferably in hospitality
• Service-minded, positive, and outgoing
• Calm under pressure and energized by a fast-paced international atmosphere
• A team player who enjoys taking initiative and sharing knowledge
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and organize in a dynamic environment
