Job Description:

We are looking for an Air Ticketing Executive to handle travel requirements of our corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings independently.
• Manage reservations using CRS – Galileo.
• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with airlines and clients for ticketing and travel-related services.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certification preferred.

Good knowledge of Galileo CRS.

Ability to handle both Domestic & International Ticketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

1–4 years preferred in Air Ticketing / Travel Industry. Executive
