Join our team as a Reservationist/Retail Associate! We're looking for someone with a passion and good understanding for scuba diving, strong customer service skills, and a friendly approach to handling bookings & reservations. Upon hire you will be a part of a very fun, yet proffesional crew!

Duties

- Help arrange snorkel, snuba, and scuba trips; as well as certifications
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Provide information about products and services

- Sell proper fitting equipment to costumers that are best for their needs

Requirements

- Experience in diving is a plus
- Proficiency in phone/computer systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Must have secured housing and drivers license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
