As a key member of our front office team, the Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling all guest bookings and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Enter and manage bookings using the hotel’s reservation system
- Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are met
- Upsell room types and hotel services where appropriate
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service at all times
- Other tasks will be assigned as required to meet day-to-day operational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
