As a key member of our front office team, the Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling all guest bookings and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails.
Enter and manage bookings using the hotel’s reservation system
Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are met
Upsell room types and hotel services where appropriate
Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service at all times
Other tasks will be assigned as required to meet day-to-day operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
Positive attitude and team spirit

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
