The Castlerosse Park Resort is currently inviting applications for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team whose overall responsibility will be to support the reservations function with the aim to maximise the hotel revenue and increase guest satisfaction by receiving, handling and processing reservations.

The successful candidate will need to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new Guests.

· To record reservations, ensuring that bookings and details are recorded correctly

· Liaising with sales, reception and management teams

· To ensure complete guest satisfaction through the prompt handling of guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner.

· To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within all front office departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €20,000.00-€27,377.20 per year
