Job Description:

This is an incredibly unique opportunity to work at our Head Office location based in Baker Street, Marylebone.

You will be responsible for managing all inbound reservation bookings and enquiries for our UK Soho location, supporting our Reception Manager and team to deliver exemplary service to all our guests dining with us. Additionally, group reservations, admin and reporting duties will fall within the remit.

Working closely with our Sales Executive and our onsite Reception teams, you will need to be proficient with SevenRooms booking system (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate relevant experience within the Hospitality Industry.

This position is a Full-time role and will be based at our Head Office located in Baker Street.

Please note that you will need to have weekend availability to work on weekends and be flexible in your shift patterns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservation and group enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally
  • Manage the reservation system effectively to maximize seating capacity and optimise table turnover
  • Coordinate and plan group bookings inline with group/event procedures
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and special requests to provide a completely tailored experience
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and execution of all reservations
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, groups and guest information
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints


Reservation Agent Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations
  • Ability to multitask, follow directions and work under pressure
  • Be prompt, courteous and reliable
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
