Job Description


Resident Director

Responsibilities include the administrative and programmatic aspects of one or more residence halls, housing 250-900 students. Supervises a staff of 8-20 undergraduate and graduate Resident Assistants and creates a living/learning environment through creative programming, counseling, facility management, staff supervision, policy implementation/enforcement and central office duties.


Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $50,000 to $62,500; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements


Degree from or enrolled in Master's program for counseling, student personnel administration, or higher education administration; one year residence hall experience, either on a professional or graduate assistantship level; demonstrated leadership skills; strong interpersonal skills, and proven hall programmatic skills.
