Job Summary

An RMO is a qualified MBBS doctor responsible for providing immediate medical care, routine clinical services, and ensuring patient safety within a hospital, clinic, residential community, or corporate setup. The role involves round-the-clock medical support, emergency care, and coordination with specialists.

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Assessment & Treatment

  • Conduct initial medical examinations of patients.
  • Diagnose and manage common illnesses and injuries.
  • Initiate treatment plans and prescribe medication as per protocols.

2. Emergency Care

  • Provide first aid and emergency stabilization.
  • Handle emergency medical situations until specialist help arrives.
  • Maintain CPR and emergency response readiness.

3. Monitoring & Follow-Up

  • Observe patient progress and respond to clinical changes.
  • Record and update medical histories and treatment notes.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations as needed.

4. Clinical Documentation

  • Maintain accurate medical records and case sheets.
  • Prepare reports for hospital administration or corporate clients.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information.

5. Coordination & Referral

  • Liaise with specialists, senior doctors, and healthcare teams.
  • Refer complex cases to relevant departments or external hospitals.
  • Coordinate patient transfers when required.

6. Administrative Duties

  • Supervise clinical support staff (nurses, attendants).
  • Participate in meetings, audits, and quality improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety guidelines.

7. Preventive & Promotive Care

  • Conduct health education and awareness for patients/staff.
  • Monitor occupational health in corporate roles.
  • Participate in vaccination and screening drives when applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
