The company employs approximately 300 administrative, accounting, and operational personnel, who work at the Head Office, regional offices, and on-site at rental, condominium, and commercial properties managed by the Corporation. The company’s goal is to provide residents with affordable, secure housing with a superior standard of care.

We seek a Residential Building Superintendent to work in a 120-unit multi-residential apartment complex. The successful candidate should be a team player who works well with colleagues, is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and can carry out given tasks to ensure the task is done well and is a self-starter

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the cleanliness of public areas & corridors
• Prepare apartments for new residents;
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance in plumbing & electrical;
• Other grounds maintenance; Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly;
• Maintain positive relations with tenants;
• Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
• Ensure resident safety and security always.
• Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
• Maintain fire safety logs and winter logs; Follow an ‘on-call’ schedule;
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
