Job Overview
SSPYV is looking for a responsible, organised, and experienced Residential Campus Administrator to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the residential campus.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating campus operations, supervising support staff, maintaining discipline, ensuring proper upkeep of facilities, and creating a safe, clean, organised, and supportive residential environment for students and staff.
As this is a residential role, the selected candidate must be willing to reside within the school campus and be available to handle campus-related responsibilities and situations that may arise outside regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and functioning of the residential campus.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security across the campus.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, transport, kitchen/dining, and other support staff.
- Monitor the upkeep of hostels, common areas, dining facilities, classrooms, grounds, and other shared campus facilities.
- Ensure that maintenance and repair requirements are identified and addressed promptly.
- Maintain discipline and ensure that campus rules, routines, and institutional policies are followed.
- Coordinate with wardens, teachers, administrative staff, support staff, and school management for smooth campus operations.
- Monitor the general well-being and safety of students residing on campus and escalate concerns to the appropriate authorities whenever necessary.
- Assist in managing student movement, residential routines, campus activities, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain necessary administrative records, registers, inventories, and reports related to campus operations.
- Monitor the utilisation and maintenance of school assets, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate arrangements for school programmes, events, visitors, meetings, and other campus activities.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues efficiently and report significant concerns to the school management.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among various departments and support teams.
- Be available to respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent campus requirements, including situations outside normal working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
