Residential Car Cleaner - Vehicle Required

At CarShine, we believe a clean car is a clean mind, and we’re looking for detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to help our fast growing company make that a reality.

No past car cleaning experience required. We provide all the training & support you need to be successful as a car cleaner/detailer. Your own vehicle is required to apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep car cleaning with precision and efficiency
• Maintain good care of your CarShine equipment & chemicals kit
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• ***Must have own car****
• 1+ year of general cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
• High attention to detail
• Positive, respectful and professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication skills to interact with us and customers.
• Clean criminal record

Benefits:

• Earn a competitive wage: our cleaners earn $22.15-$27.15/hour on average. Our pay starts at $20/hour (base wage), plus tips and performance bonuses.
• Gas compensation: You will receive $0.40/km in mileage pay (2x more than cost of gas).
• All of our cleaners are employees, not sub-contractors: This means you will be on payroll and covered by our general liability insurance and worker's compensation.
• Lunch credit: Lunch on us! Complete 2 or more cleanings in a day, and receive a lunch credit of up to $15. Now that's a sweet treat!
• All equipment provided: you don't need to purchase your own equipment for this job. We will be providing you with all the equipment that you need!
