Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
• Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
• Time management skills are essential for completing tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
• A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different cleaning environments is important for success in this role.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
