Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Labourer to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of various residential concrete projects. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting skilled trades and gaining valuable hands-on experience in construction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of residential concrete construction.

Duties

Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and efficiently
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution is a asset
Ability to perform concrete forming, finishing are assets
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project

Skills

Experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming,
Knowledge of skid steer loader operation is a plus but not required
Ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics accurately
Familiarity concrete placing and finishingi is advantageous
Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills related to residential construction projects
