Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Labourer to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of various residential concrete projects. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting skilled trades and gaining valuable hands-on experience in construction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of residential concrete construction.

Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution is a asset
• Ability to perform concrete forming, finishing are assets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project

Skills

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming,
• Knowledge of skid steer loader operation is a plus but not required
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics accurately
• Familiarity concrete placing and finishingi is advantageous
• Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills related to residential construction projects
