Residential Framers Wanted – apprentices, 2+ years framing experience & Lead Hands

Location: Edmonton & Surrounding Area

We are a growing residential framing company looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to our crew. We are hiring Apprentice Framers, Framers, and Lead Hands for full-time work on residential construction projects throughout the Edmonton area.

Positions Available

  • Apprentice Framers
  • Lead Hands

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings (lead positions).
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components.
  • Frame floors, walls, roofs, and stairs.
  • Install sheathing, beams, trusses, and engineered wood products.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
  • Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.
  • Lead Hands will supervise crews, Safely coordinate daily tasks, and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous residential framing experience is an asset (experience level dependent on position).
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Basic knowledge of framing tools and techniques.
  • Valid driver's license is an asset.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Must have CSA-approved steel-toe boots and basic PPE.
  • Own hand tools are considered an asset.
