We are growing fast and are excited to welcome another Pool Technician/Cleaner to our team! We are located in 78704.

This position is paid weekly; salary is based on experience level between $760 to $800 per week for 40 pools, any pool after 40 pools per week is paid $25 per pool. We also offer paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, and bonuses for customer compliments. You will be provided with: a company truck, company shirts, cleaning tools, allowance to use your phone, equipment, and use of a company card for gas and chemical purchases.

45 pools a week = up to $925 a week

50 pools a week = up to $1050 a week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Test water and add chemicals as needed
• Empty skimmers and pump strainer
• Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
• Brush steps, walls, and tiles
• Skim debris off surface
• Check pool equipment
• Backwash filters
• Record work performed
• Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
• Make decisions on when to escalate pool issues to management

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must maintain an active Driver’s License and be insurable.
• Pool experience mandatory.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Willingness to learn how to clean filters (e.g. Cartridge, DE).
• Proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication.
• Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload.
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $760.00 - $1,010.00 per week
