CRI Cleaning Solutions is looking for a motivated and outgoing sales representative to help grow our residential house cleaning division, with additional opportunities to bring in janitorial/commercial accounts as well.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident talking to people, enjoys sales, and wants the freedom to earn based on performance.
Compensation
- $25 per completed quote
- $60 per house cleaning account landed
- Additional earning opportunities available for janitorial/commercial contracts
This position will begin as commission-only. We will negotiate an adequate salary or hourly wage based on performance and consistency:
- Hourly wage
- Monthly salary
- Higher commissions
- Long-term growth opportunities within the company
Responsibilities
- Generate residential cleaning leads
- Meet homeowners and provide quotes
- Follow up with potential customers
- Help grow recurring residential cleaning clients
- Opportunity to pursue commercial/janitorial contracts as well
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Must have transportation
