CRI Cleaning Solutions is looking for a motivated and outgoing sales representative to help grow our residential house cleaning division, with additional opportunities to bring in janitorial/commercial accounts as well.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident talking to people, enjoys sales, and wants the freedom to earn based on performance.

Compensation

• $25 per completed quote
• $60 per house cleaning account landed
• Additional earning opportunities available for janitorial/commercial contracts

This position will begin as commission-only. We will negotiate an adequate salary or hourly wage based on performance and consistency:

• Hourly wage
• Monthly salary
• Higher commissions
• Long-term growth opportunities within the company

Responsibilities

• Generate residential cleaning leads
• Meet homeowners and provide quotes
• Follow up with potential customers
• Help grow recurring residential cleaning clients
• Opportunity to pursue commercial/janitorial contracts as well

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Sales experience is an asset but not required
• Must have transportation
