Job Description:

We are hiring a Resort Operations Supervisor for our 9-key boutique resort in Karjat to manage daily operations with a primary focus on housekeeping standards, guest experience, staff supervision, and weekend operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role involving room inspections, hygiene monitoring, guest coordination, and restaurant support during peak periods. The role suits practical, disciplined candidates who prefer floor-level execution over desk work in a small resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping & Property Management

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure room cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms before check-in using checklists.
• Maintain hygiene across rooms, bathrooms, pool, lawns, and common areas.
• Implement housekeeping SOPs and train staff on cleaning, chemical use, and hygiene.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and linen stock.

2. Front Office & Guest Handling

• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest queries and basic complaints.
• Ensure guest areas are clean and organised.
• Collect feedback and report issues to management.

3. Restaurant Operations Support

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during weekends/events.
• Ensure dining areas are guest-ready and hygienic.
• Support service during peak hours.

4. Staff Supervision & SOP Implementation

• Ensure staff follow duty schedules, grooming, and SOPs.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor discipline.
• Train staff regularly to maintain service standards.

5. Basic Administration & Reporting

• Maintain attendance and duty rosters.
• Track basic stock and supplies.
• Share daily updates on occupancy, housekeeping, guest issues, and staff status.

Candidate Profile:

· 3 years of experience in: Hotel / Resort / Homestay / Hostel / Lodge operations.

• Comfortable with physical supervision and daily property walkthroughs.
• Willing to stay on-site and work weekends.
• Practical, disciplined, and execution-oriented.
• Prefers on-ground work over desk-based roles.

Skills Required:

• Basic computer skills (Excel / WhatsApp reporting)

Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)

Working Pattern:

• 6 days a week
• Weekend presence mandatory
• Weekly off on weekdays
