The focus of your role:

The main objective of the role is to ensure we have the right people with the right skills and capabilities at the right time on our engagements. As a Resourcing Management Consultant, you will contribute to a culture that connects our people with opportunities that enrich their lives both professionally and personally. You will be managing the day-to-day operations to ensure we optimise productivity and profitability and deliver on our talent commitment through proactive management of our talent pool.

Resource management is a specialised field, and we are eager to train motivated individuals who are passionate about learning.

This is achieved by:
  • Connect the right people, to the right role, at the right time
  • Supporting project demand and talent pool
  • Identifying and providing insights regarding workforce planning on skills, capability, and trends

Let’s talk about your capability and experience
  • Supply and demand management: optimising supply and demand and ensuring alignment between various teams
  • Resource optimisation: highlighting capability across Capgemini Invent and the wider Capgemini teams
  • Continuous improvement: Developing and refining processes to meet changing business requirements and to drive continuous improvement across Capgemini Invent and support the standardisation of Resource Management.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management: responsible for managing key relationships within Capgemini Invent
  • Capability management: actively managing our available talent, understanding their capability and proactively identifying opportunities or connection to support their deployment
  • Employee Experience management: Promoting identification and delivery of career experiences as part of every engagement

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with resource management, talent development and/or supply and demand management in within a professional services environment or B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A people orientated style with the confidence, determination and relationship building skills to challenge objectives and ensure positive results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a clear thinker, with an aptitude for detail
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using a HRIS or Resource Management system
  • Experience gained through a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Experience of reporting / developing reports would be an advantage
