As a Senior Manager Market Access , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Regeneron’s innovative assets, primarily in oncology, achieve optimal reimbursement and pricing within the French healthcare system. Your expertise in market access strategies, health technology assessments (HTA) and pricing negotiations will align with Regeneron’s mission to deliver life-transforming medicines to patients.

Senior Manager Market Access – Paris

You will work within a collaborative organization, engaging with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Global stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of the French healthcare system, pricing frameworks, and oncology therapeutic areas.

A typical day may include the following:

• Developing and implementing market access strategic plans to secure reimbursement and optimal pricing for Regeneron assets.
• Defining pricing strategies and participate to pricing negotiations with French Health Authorities in collaboration with the Market Access Director.
• Managing end-to-end HTA submissions, including early access programs, for specific products and indications, ensuring robust and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with global and local cross-functional teams to advocate and align evidence-generation priorities with French payer needs.
• Conducting expert advisory boards to gather insights and build strong payer value propositions.
• Supporting strategic price-setting at global level and identifying innovative solutions for market access, including novel pricing or contracting arrangements.
• Contributing to new product/indication launches by assessing access/pricing opportunities & challenges, payer value stories and regulatory considerations.
• Monitoring environmental, competitor, and political changes to adapt market access strategies effectively.

This may be for you if you are:

• Experienced in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable about the French healthcare system and pricing frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering compelling access strategies and optimal pricing.
• Skilled in oncology therapeutic areas, including developing evidence-based value propositions.
• Fluent in English, with experience working in an international context.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of navigating complex negotiations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Committed to delivering impactful results and driving commercial success.

To be considered for this position, you are required to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Market Access role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the French healthcare system and experience negotiating with French Health Authorities.
• Expertise in oncology is highly desirable.
• A post-graduate qualification such as an MBA, MSc, or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required
