Restaurant Assistant Manager job opportunity

Are you passionate about food, people, and leadership? Woodfire & Wings is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Clondalkin!

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, leading the team, ensuring smooth service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and support in running a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing front- and back-of-house operations
Lead and support staff during busy service times
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality
Help with staff training, scheduling, and stock control
Handle customer issues professionally

Requirements:

1+ year experience in a similar supervisory or management role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy floor
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
