Restaurant & Catering Establishment Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and catering services, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, staff performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant and catering operations
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Control budgets, labour costs, and stock levels
  • Oversee bookings, events, and catering functions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or catering management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €34,000.00 per year
