• The Ultimate Vibe Curator: Deliver top-tier, personalized service that turns first-time walk-ins into lifelong regulars.
• Operational Ninja: Seamlessly navigate the floor (or the line), anticipating needs before they arise and keeping the rhythm of the restaurant flowing smoothly.
• Quality Control Guru: Ensure every single plate, drink, and customer interaction meets our ridiculously high standards.
• Team Anchor: Use your hard-earned experience to lead by example, helping guide newer team members and keeping the crew’s morale high during the dinner rush.
• Problem Solver: Handle the unexpected—from a dropped plate to a complex dietary request—with cool, calm, and collected confidence.
• Cleanliness Champion: Treat the workspace like your own home, maintaining pristine health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Serious Mileage: You have significant, verifiable experience in the restaurant industry (high-volume, fast-casual, or full-service). You know the dance and you never miss a step.
