We are excited to announce recruitment for a brand-new premium Chinese restaurant opening at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

This is a large-scale venue with over 250 seats, with a soft opening scheduled for 12 June 2026.

All management team members are required to commence from early June 2026.

Position Available

Duty Manager X 2

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant floor operations

Lead and supervise front of house staff during service

Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience

Manage staff performance, training, and section allocation

Ensure smooth communication between FOH and kitchen teams

Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally

Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and service standards

Support opening and closing procedures

Assist with reservations, large bookings, and event coordination

Monitor workflow during peak service periods

Ensure compliance with venue policies, RSA, and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Weekend and public holiday availability required

Chinese restaurant or Yum Cha experience is highly regarded

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $72,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Premium Restaurant : 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• RSA (Preferred)
