Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage waitlists efficiently using the Clover POS system.
• Provide accurate information about menu items and restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest comfort.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, and knowledge.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential.
