About The Role

Lead and supervise the restaurant team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to staff.

Manage daily operations, including reservations, customer service, and compliance.

Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

Drive team performance and foster a positive work environment.

Required Criteria

• 2 years Experience in an Irish Restaurant
