We are truly a diverse and complex operation and are now seeking an experienced individual in the role of Restaurant Manager.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the operation of our newest Restaurant to the precinct, Metita. Ensuring your team delivers an excellent, memorable customer experience all while maximising revenue and profitability for SkyCity.

Mōu | About You

We have a few requirements that do need to be met first though, so have a look at this list and see if you tick all the boxes:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B essential with at least 2 years' experience at a management level
• Experience supervising teams of 15 or more
• Great communication skills with a commitment to providing superb customer service
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Host Responsibility
• Current valid General Managers Certificate will also be essential to your success in this role
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting cost control and P&L's
