We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service in our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage operational efficiencies, and foster a positive dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of team management.
• Oversee food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets our quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment, ensuring it meets health codes.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
