We are looking for results-driven Restaurant Managers. You will be responsible for leading restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality food and beverage service while maximizing our guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and inspire the people that make our restaurants stand out.

To be successful as a Restaurant Manager at Mojo’s you must have excellent people skills, communication skills, and a great work ethic.

Here are some of the things you will need to do:

• Driving Sales and guest satisfaction
• Leading our guiding principles of Food, Music, and Soul
• Ensuring compliance with policies
• Hire, train, coach, inspire, evaluate, and discipline team members
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures while always maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent communications skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
