Opportunity Awaits:

We're looking for energetic, service-minded Vessel Crew to join us for the tourist season, from April/May to September/October. This is a great chance to work in a dynamic environment, meet people from all over the world, and develop valuable skills in customer service and sales and not to mention sail on the beautiful Oslo Fjord.

Your Role:

• Be the welcoming face of Stromma, selling tickets and guiding our guests safely.
• Maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service
• Contribute to the development of the Safety Management System
• Participate in weekly safety training
• Foster a dynamic and inclusive international work environment

We're Looking For:

• An energetic and friendly personality, eager to help and interact with customers.
• Flair for service.
• Good communication skills. English is a must; other languages are a bonus.
• Someone who's flexible and quick to learn – no previous experience required!
• Ideal for those new in Norway, young job starters, or students seeking a seasonal role

Minimum Qualifications:

• Read/Write Norwegian to comply with our Safety Management
• Crowd- og Crisis Management Certificate or satisfactory completion of this upon agreement
• Provide a fit-to-work Health Certificate
