Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Pay: $3.00 - $3.30 per hour
