Overview

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, delivers exceptional service, and ensures every visit is enjoyable. Whether working during busy Morning, Lunch hours or the dinner shifts, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and a genuine love for food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications
Open Availability - Including weekends
Pay: $3.00 - $3.30 per hour
Work Location: In person
