Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role involves assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, service, and cleanliness, while fostering a positive work environment for staff.

Duties

• Managing restaurant operations in the shift, including food preparation and cooking processes.
• Supervise and train staff on food handling, safety, and customer service protocols.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Able to deal muti-orders in the same time.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement promotional activities and enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar experience within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems (Micros POS experience is a plus).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
