About the Company:

About You:
You are an experienced and motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills. Your ability to manage and inspire a team ensures smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are always ready to support your team and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all guests receive outstanding service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and promote the restaurant.
  • Financial Management: Support the Restaurant Manager in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Start Date: Immediate Start

Location: Harrods Dining Hall

Must already have the right to work and live in the UK without any restrictions.
