About the Role
Support the leadership team in leading the front-of-house through the launch and ongoing operations of San Telmo Brisbane. This is a floor-based leadership role — you’ll be visible, hands-on, and central to delivering the San Telmo guest experience. You’ll report directly to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and work closely with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure seamless service across the venue.
Description:
As an Restaurant Supervisor at San Telmo Brisbane, your duties will involve:
Leading service from the floor to ensure smooth execution and consistently high standards
Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of FOH team members
Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain strong service flow
Handling guest feedback with professionalism, care and attention to detail
Skills & Experience
- Proven FOH leadership experience in a premium or fine dining environment
- Strong team management, coaching and communication skills
- Experience with rostering, recruitment and staff development
- Genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest experience
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or NZ Citizenship required
