Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, the successful candidates will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, friendly, and hard-working, with the ability to work independently or with a team. They will have responsibility for the delivery of the food & beverage service in Rockhill House and The Church Restaurant.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally have a minimum of 1 year's experience of supervising a team in a fast paced environment, with an ability to work and supervise confidently during busy periods
• A real commitment to customer service excellence ensuring a professional, prompt service of food & beverage to the highest standards.
• Solid leadership & excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Fluent level of spoken and written English essential

Responsibilities will include:

• To manage the activities of the Restaurant & Bar as directed by the Supervisor ensuring quality and standards of service are maintained to a consistent high level in accordance with company Standards.
• To maintain a physical presence on the floor and liaise closely with the Supervisor, Supervisor, Head Chef and Kitchen ensuring that customers receive the highest possible level of service and care.
• To ensure that the Restaurant & Bar is kept clean and tidy at all times and that safety and hygiene procedures and regulations are rigorously followed.
• To exercise effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels as directed by the Manager
• To be fully aware of all current liquor licensing laws and to follow these regulations strictly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €14.35 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
