Restaurant Team Member (Full Time)

Wholesome Kitchen is a healthier style casual restaurant based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. We make healthy food delicious and fast, simple #GuiltFreeGoodness. We’re big on creating a fun and memorable experience for our customers and team. We’re looking to hire a superstar to join our Restaurant Team. We're looking for someone who's super friendly, positive, has great initiative and likes working in a busy environment as part of a team. Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience for our guests
• Greeting and assisting customers, serving food and drinks
• Multi-tasking various front-of-house duties e.g. taking orders / payment, clearing tables and cleaning duties, preparing food and drinks
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Implementing high standards across service, quality, hygiene and health and safety

Knowledge / Skills Required:

• Customer obsessed approach
• Positive attitude, SUPER friendly, outgoing and professional manner – ability to warmly engage with our guests and create a comfortable atmosphere
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties e.g. working shifts, late evening and weekends required
• Fluent English (Required)
