Rite-Way Renovations & Restoration is a fast-growing company looking for motivated Restoration Technicians — both entry-level and experienced — to join our Ottawa team. What You’ll Do

• Demolition (removing structural materials)
• Water extraction, pumping, and setting up drying equipment
• Fire & smoke cleaning
• Contents cleaning /packing & moving
• Mould remediation and asbestos abatement
• Bio / trauma scene clean up
• Work closely with your team to deliver safe, efficient results

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable team player
• Experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning is a strong asset
• G-class driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Able to work evenings/on-call rotation during peak times
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work and tools
• Positive attitude and good communication skills with clients & team

Extra Points For

• IICRC or restoration certifications
• Experience in restoration, construction/demolition, cleaning or moving fields
• Experience leading small to medium size crews

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
