Summary
We are looking for a Restoration Warehouse Manager who is mechanically inclined and can assist with maintaining our Equipment and Vehicle Fleet. Besides supervising staff, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for material and equipment-related distribution procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
  • Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing a cleaning schedule.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling time appropriately.
  • Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years as a warehouse manager
  • Experience operating a forklift

Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
  • Proficient with computers and knowledge of general software and applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Understanding of safety rules
  • Mechanically inclined

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Walking and/or standing throughout the day
  • Exposed to high noise levels in the warehouse
  • Occasionally climbing ladders
  • Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat or cold

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.
