Patties - Smash Burgers are a new concept of Burger that recently opened in Drumcondra Upper, We are looking for an Experienced Supervisor to join our team.

Candidate requirements: The Role:

• Responsibility of opening and closing the Restaurant
• Ensure customer service is of exceptional quality
• Lead and motivate the team
• Responsible for recruiting, training of all new and existing staff
• Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with own initiative
• To be an organized and efficient supervisor
• Have good eye to detail and can do attitude
• Ability to implement high standard of service and HACCP
• Be able to control and manage stock taking and cost control
• Be able to work and make right decision under presser

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
