Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
• Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Exhibit strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
