About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant / Customer Assistant to join our team. No previous retail experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products
• Operate the cash register and process payments
• Refill shelves and keep products organised
• Check prices and product displays
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Help with stock deliveries and inventory
• Follow company health, safety and customer service standards
• Work as part of a friendly and supportive team

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Reliable and responsible approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
