Main Job Purpose
We are seeking a full time retail assistant for Claddagh Jewellers in Galway. If you are a confident and outgoing person who can create a positive shopping experience for our customers, then we want to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
- Well mannered with a positive attitude.
- Ability to deal with customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and experience in using stock systems.
- Candidates must be available for full time hours. The working week will be 32 - 40 hours.
- At least 3 years retail experience is required to be considered for this role. Experience working in a Jewellers an advantage.

- Provide an exceptional customer shopping experience and the ability to connect with customers.
- Record incoming stock, pricing and ticketing.
- Product merchandising.
- Keeping the shop and displays clean during quiet times.
- Cash handling.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Flexibility in daily duties and working hours required.

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
