This is a full-time position and we are seeking highly qualified individuals. Experience in dealing with customers is mandatory. We offer competitive hourly wages, supplied uniforms and great benefits.

Duties:

-Assisting customers with questions, needs, and purchases.

-Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.

-Preparing merchandise for display.

-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.

-Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

-Test pool/spa water and recommend appropriate chemicals for customer.

-Upholding a high standard of cleanliness on the retail showroom.

Qualifications:

-Retail and customer service experience preferred.

-Must be able to communicate effectively with all types of personalities.

-Ability to sit, stand, and walk around for long periods of time.

-Must be able and willing to work retail hours including weekends.

-Knowledge of relevant computer applications would be an asset.

-Should be a team player and have the ability of meeting assigned targets.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
