YOUR TEAM
You’ll join an ambitious Retail Buying team that’s shaping the future of NAME IT’s retail business. We’re hands-on, curious and data-driven, and we love seeing our work reflected in stores across Europe.
With more than 200 stores across nine markets – and an ambition to open 1-2 new stores every week – we’re scaling fast and evolving how we work to support that growth. It’s an exciting time to join us, with plenty of opportunities to influence how we plan, buy and collaborate. Your ideas and input will help shape how we work and what our customers experience in stores every day. Working closely with colleagues across Buying & Design, Retail Operations, and our local market teams, you’ll help create assortments that combine data, product feel and customer insight.

YOUR ROLE
As Retail Buyer, you’ll take full ownership of the German market. You’ll be the key link between the head office and the German stores, using data, local insight and commercial instinct to make sure each collection performs to its potential.
You’ll plan and select assortments that reflect both NAME IT’s brand direction and what the German customers want. Through close collaboration with retail colleagues and area managers, you’ll turn performance insights into concrete buying actions and continuous improvements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing seasonal and in-season buys for your market
• Analysing sales performance and stock levels to drive profitability
• Translating market feedback into product and assortment decisions
• Acting as the go-to person for all buying-related matters in your market.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re structured, analytical and commercially curious – with a natural sense for products and customers. You enjoy connecting data with real-life decisions and take pride in driving performance through smart buying choices. To succeed in this role, you:

• Bring 2+ years of relevant experience from retail buying, product development or e-commerce buying
• Understand product and assortment dynamics and can spot what resonates with customers in different markets
• Are confident working with numbers and turning insights into clear commercial actions
• Communicate effortlessly in English, written as well as spoken
• Work in a structured, detail-oriented way while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where ownership and initiative are valued.
