Retail Coordinator & Trainer

Position

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the mission of the Retail Supervisor Trainer will be to maximize retail sales of the sell out team and in El Corte Inglés and increase the market share, ranking and productivity of each counter and training and coaching based on dynamism, customer service excellence and productivity in order to achieve sales objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach the target
  • Ensure that the retail population embody the brand ´ s values and retail projects
  • Motivate BCs to have team spirit and be goal driven
  • Ensure recruitment of the best qualified counter managers and BCs
  • Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to the brand standards and following corporate guidelines
  • Prepare and animate trainings
  • Training teams of ECI
  • Training and coaching teams of new ecis openings
  • Be exemplary in expertise and selling on field
  • Measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions

  • Passionate and energetic personality able to transmit joy and enthusiasm and to connect with the audience gaining their trust and affection

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance Degree, or similar. MBA desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with Office 365 high level of Excel and Power BI
  • 5 years’ experience in retail luxury in management positions
  • Deep knowledge of store operations, retail KPI ´ s, team management and solid experience in creating and carrying out successful action plan to increase sales or address any unexpected challenge
